On each item detail page it is stated when we would expect to ship your item to you. For example, most items usually ship in 3 to 4 business days which are Monday through Friday. If the item that you would like to purchase requires sizing and/or engraving you would add another day to this. The free shipping that we offer on most items, is USPS First Class Insured Shipping. The travel time to you using this shipping is usually 3 to 5 business days. Priority Shipping through the US Post office will take 2 to 3 days to reach you. Express Service through the US Post Office takes 1 to 2 days.

Here is an example: I like a promise ring and Raymond Jewelers usually ships this item in 1 to 2 business days. I need it in a size 5 and I would like it engraved. This will add one more day. I would like to take advantage of the free shipping offered by Raymond Jewelers so the travel time to me would be 3 to 5 business days. Add this up, and my item would arrive to me sized and engraved in about 8 business days.

EXAMPLE: Item usually ships at the most in 2 days (will vary see item detail page) + 1 day for prep = 3 + free shipping time to me, at the most 5 days = 8 business days.
